Smart home things can be overwhelming at first glance, Where to start, What I need to include, what value it will add to my life style or my property value …etc. But what most miss at first, is what details you must provide to get accurate offers, that meet your expectations, leaving no room for disappointments when it is too late to do anything in a project.

Here we will look in core controls of smart home only, away from WiFi repeaters, sound system, CCTV/Intercom

  • How many light points you have, in each room
  • Type of lights, On/Off, Dimmable, RGB (multi-color)
  • 1 smart switch in each room?, additional switches near beds?, Join bedroom/bath in 1 switch to save cost?
  • Any areas to control by motion
  • Do you have the lighting plans?
